I tried sending an email also with the same result as you. I am thinking the email address is incorrect.

Here is a "generic" email address for the resort. Perhaps you can make contact this way.

I just emailed him and got a response this last July using that address. All I did was copy and past the address from the email he responded to. Maybe here is a glitch at Diamonds end.

No idea but the generic email address to the resort did not bounce like the one to the manager. A lot can change from July to October.

No I didn't but the original poster indicated they tried the resort address and got no response to that email. Totally different issue than a bounced email. I think they are going to call, hopefully they get their issue resolved.

Did you personally try the email address today?

Maybe the OP will post what he/she finds out from the phone call on the email status.

Ok then. You post an email address that has flaws or doesn't work and you don't care to follow up when it concerns your "home" resort?

If you try the email address from your link and it bounces (like it did for me and the poster) you will not be bothering anyone. You might just confirm there is a flaw or perhaps find out if the manger is still the one you mentioned.

As I said. I have no reason for concern. It worked for me when I needed to contact him and I just posted the address that worked at the time. If it doesn't work now, so be it. It's not a priority for me. I have other contacts at Flamingo I can email for answers for questions if need be. Right now I have no questions that will effect me using my resort as my weeks are fixed and set.

You responded in an effort to help, at least I assume that and perhaps I am wrong. When pointed out that your email link doesn't work you lose any desire to help the poster?

If I make a suggestion, post a link, etc. and find out it doesn't work I would feel compelled to perhaps rectify the situation but that is just me.

I am sorry but your most recent comment is very weak and not how most people view or feel when posting here.

The next time you seek advice or information on here perhaps you will be treated with the same courtesy you exhibited.

Thanks Sharon for the info. Hopefully the Flamingo will get their own manager. Although last March I could never find Arnaldo over the 3 weeks we were there.
