I am attempting to get in touch with the General Manager at the Royal Palm. Any email addresses that I have found aren't working or they just end up at the reservation center in Florida! Appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

RPRFrontDesk@diamondresorts.com is the address that has been at the bottom of all three confirmation prepare for your stay emails I have received recently as I prepare for my June stay. Perhaps the reservations center is trying to control things.

Thanks....I tried to reply to that one (as I rec'd it on my confirmation, too) and it rejected, however, I'll try again. If anyone is at the resort and sees this post, I'd greatly appreciate your assistance!

Thanks all.

Sorry, the restaurant at Royal Palm??? Traditionally, not a great place to eat, considering how many other GREAT places there are to eat, within walking distance of Royal Palm.

The actual GM for the Royal Palm is who I need to contact....is Mervin the GM of the resort or the restaurant? Thank you!

Mervin is a great General Manager. He is conscientious; very welcoming and liked by staff and RP guests. If anyone can help you, he will be the one. I've seen him walking the floors at 9:30 pm checking things. Best of luck!

Royal Palm is a good choice for a first visit--or a 50th! Enjoy your stay!

Sounds great! We are thinking about staying there for one week before going to the Divi. Any idea what the approximate rates are for Sept. 19th to the 26th. Just a ball park figure would be great. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get a week during that time period pretty cheaply on Red Week, etc.. Or for September, probably pretty cheap through one of the hotel sites. Expedia has RP for $150 a night for that time frame, could be other sites cheaper. Or, my favorite place in the world, Beachside Villas! ...although of course in September, it might be pretty warm in the front room without any a/c at Beachside....
