There are small tide changes for St. Martin-Sint Maarten that are charted at the Windguru website

You have to hit the "tides" button on their gray colored toolbar running along the top, then select either "Windguru spots" or "XTide spots" - Seems choosing either and then selecting anything in St. Martin or Sint Maarten gets you the closest spot they note or record tidal changes, that being St. Barthelemy (aka St. Barts).
