After a late start (some in the group had a little too much fun Monday night) we made our way to Chesterfield's for breakfast. I am not a breakfast person but do enjoy it there, especially when sitting on the deck near the water.
Town was busy with foot traffic from an MSC ship but that did not really translate to much business for the jewelry stores. Still many empty store fronts in town and the walkways/sidewalks are getting in bad shape as some of the trees are getting big and cars are parking in some areas with no apparent enforcement.
Not much traffic made for a pretty quick trip back to Royal Palm. I was able to get early (5:45) reservations at Roma, we arrived a little after 5:00 (parking in the garage) and had a drink at the bar for HH. The two bartenders could have shown a little more personality. I had a nice chat with Marco about business and met one of the other partners/owners of Jax and Roma. Marco and I go back to his days at La Gondola when he worked for Davide. A couple of the meals were a little "off" but overall, it was a good evening. No service charge added.
I knew ahead of time Kim and Ken were going to be there, so I joined them at the bar after dinner as the others made a quick trip to the casino with one makes a pretty nice withdrawal. It was very good to chat with Kim and Ken and share some stories and laughs.
Back to Royal Palm for some balcony time and to bed to get ready for another day.
Sorry, no pics from the day or night.
Lots of wind as today starts out.

Sounds like a nice island day and good to see that you have been catching up with old friends. What's on the agenda for today?

Not much at this point. It has been kind of cloudy, windy and there have been some light showers so far. I went to Le Sucrière for pastries, stopped at Reveil Martin to see Kereen and then ran a couple of errands and made a stop by The Horny Toad.
Kind of hard to get the troops moving at times so it may be a day spent here at Royal Palm. I am hoping to meet the Whale Tails for HH at Lee's later.
