We are returning to the island after many years. The last time we were there was pre Irma. Staying a week La Petite in Grand Case, then a week at La Playa Orient Bay. We have never stayed in Orient Bay and I would like to get a recommendation from you regulars for favorite beach bars. We have spent a lot of time in the BVI's and ST. John and we really like low key, toes in the sand beach bars. I would also love to hear what your favorite restaurant is in Orient that we can walk to. Thanks, Markis, and Janis

Favourite beach bar toes in the sand is Orange Fever! Luc & JC will look after you. The food is great. Favourite restaurant in Orient Village is Le Piment. They have a wide variety of food choices & very good service. We weren't fussy about La Favela. In Grand Case we really like Calmos Cafe. Welcome back to paradise!! Enjoy your time as it is so precious!

Favourites on orient bay?? All of them.
There are about a dozen beach bars to try, all with their own charm. Do a beach pub crawl and let us know the outcome.
PS there is so much adventure ahead, enjoy!!!

Your stay at La Playa will include chairs on their beach, and the restaurant and bar there is excellent. Our other favorite on Orient is Coco. We enjoyed Le Piment and Maison Mere in the village for dinners. We were there for only two nights before checking into our Dutch side timeshare.
