Absolutely. By my informal survey of their FB posts over the past two weeks, there has been loadshedding, at least in some areas, almost every day for at least the past two weeks. Whatever that temporary deal is that they did, the situation does not look any better.

Personally, I'm just glad that I do not have any plans to visit this year. Oh how will you ever handle the withdrawal?
