We are setting up our annual BVI trip typically we stay on Anegada for part of the trip and then spend a week on Tortola at CRC. The past couple of years the ferries provided some interesting rides to and from Anegada so we were thinking of giving Clair Aero a try this year. We are curious what the experience has been flying with them to Anegada? Thanks Dave

Are you referring to VI Airlink. For $99 RT, I'll never do the ferry again. And if I have to buy the 3rd seat to assure the flight goes, I'll gladly do it. My cc receipt was "Clair Aero".

My wife saw it listed somewhere as Clair Aero but when I look up VI Airlink it seems they are the ones with the flights. Do they require 3 paid passengers for each flight? We would probably prefer to take the quick flight and maybe purchasing the 3rd seat as you have suggested is the right thing to do if it doesn't sell. Thanks for the help. Dave

They go with 3 seats. Even buying the 3rd, if necessary, is worth it IMHO. 10 minute flight and free use of the Ambassador Lounge at Anegada airport on the return E mail for info, but if no response in 48 hours, best to call. In high season, odds are they have to pick someone up anyway, so you may not need to buy 3, just ask.

Thank you for the help. This year we are going to try the flight option.

Ok, went to their website (viairlink.com) and there is no mention of rates.
I am tempted to look into flying from STT to Beef Island.
Thoughts?
Info?

By next year it may be cheaper to fly than to take the ferry.

it took awhile for VI airlink to respond to us but when they did they even called us in PA & all settled, 10 min flight in place of the ferry to Anegada is a no brainer, fly for sure & we might have to pay for 3 & we are 2 but still worth it!
