We arrive in 10 days and stay at Esmeralda on Orient Beach for 10 days.
I read about a festival at Happy Bay and the construction would block the access forcing visitors to use the path from Friar's Bay. When is (or was) the festival? Does the construction permanently block the access from the Grand Case side?
Do they still have the two America's Cup ships race each other with tourists as part of the crew? Did that before Irma and it was fun.
Thank you for any replies.

The festival is March 11 to 18, 2024. It sounds like it will be while you are there. It does not affect access to Happy Bay permanently.
Not sure about the America's Cup races.

Great news that the 12 Metre yachts are back in action! I saw them in drydock at Bobby's Marina a few years ago, and they looked like they suffered a lot of damage in Irma. I'm glad to see they are still operating, because it is a lot of fun to experience a piece of history like that as they were meant to be - on the water and under sail.
