Just saw the plans for a condominium complex on Little Bay by an Italian construction company. Wonder if this will happen or get scrapped like others in the past.

I do not know how I feel about this. I love The Belair. It has become our favorite spot on the island and a mega resort next door could be bad for the ambience of the Belair I DO believe that some kind of resort on that spot is inevitable. I have often looked at the open space there and thought that the view and the Little Bay beach walk might be enhanced by houses or a tastefully designed resort. Of course if something is built there the locals will lose a quiet, easily accessible public beach.
