We saw a puppy get hit, rolled, ran off-road in Philipsburg. Dave pulled over. Puppy came right to me wagging his tail. Brought him to room... didn’t know what we were going to do. We contacted this wonderful organization SXM Paws and they got him a foster home. We already have greyhounds and small dogs at home. We wanted so much to adopt him. Absolutely darling. So sweet. Thank you to the best organization on the island. We will be donating to them on a regular basis. Thank you for saving our puppy for hopefully a loving future.
What a very nice thing for you to have done. I’m sure the pup responded to the love you showed him and hopefully he will end up in a happy forever home.

I absolutely LOVE SXM Paws, and have made life-long friends through the organization. We have helped transport pets a few times, and one that we kept for our own.
We brought two carriers down this trip. One to donate, and one to bring back a 10-year-old tabby cat whose owner drowned recently. However a friend of his got the kitty off of the boat, so I will be going home empty-handed.
