I started filling this out, but perhaps mistakenly, thought it was geared towards Islanders, not tourists, and didn't want to contaminate the results, so quit mid-stream.

Just took it, felt like the questions had an agenda towards a preferred result based on the options for answers. Should have had more answer options.

They should have had a qualifying question asking if resident or visitor. Would be interesting to see results for both interests and if and how they differ.

I stopped doing it. When they asked Income in ANG pretty sure it was meant for people on island.

I don't think it matters if Island residents or not. At least it will give an indication of how people feel towards vaccines in general.

I stopped as well, since I couldn't say that I took the vaccine to protect myself. Seriously? All vaccines are to protect the recipient from getting the disease.

Funny thing - I had the same reaction to it at about the midway point. A few additional potential response options might have made it better.

Respectfully,

pat

Don’t see where your income has anything to do with if you have had COVID or not.
Stopped there.. Too much info.

You could put multiple reasons for that question on the survey.

There was a box you could check that you didn't want to say. Not a big deal.
