I'm looking at the ferry schedule for October 30th and cannot find who is transporting on a Saturday, no luck. Anyone have any info on this. From West End to St. Thomas.

It's unlikely there will be a West End option by 30 October but keep watching the Port Authority FB page for updates.
The schedule is currently only released until 15 October. When I see a new schedule, I will post it here.
Four of us are travelling on Oct 4 STT to Tortola..do we stikll need to book in advance and is there more than one ferry a day now? I have gone on RT Fast Ferry's website and it looks like they are running a full schedule..
Here is the September schedule. On the Port Authority FB page, there is a comment on this image that states "Per request from our International Ferry Operators the passenger ferry schedule between the British Virgin Islands and the US Virgin Islands has been adjusted for the period starting 17th August until 15th October 2021 due to reduced bookings" so I assume this means this schedule is valid until 10/15. Not 100% sure about Sundays but logically, 10/3 should be Native Son and 10/10 should be RTFF. But that's the logical answer so I'm probably wrong... Call the carriers or book online to be sure!

We arrive on Tuesday, November 10 and I went on Native Sun's website and can get tickets for the 10th. We leave on Sunday, November 28th but looked at all 3 ferries and couldn't book that date yet.
We arrive on Oct. 21. I called Smith's yesterday to inquire whether or not I could go ahead and book thru their website. They said yes, they are running that day so I went ahead and booked. Still waiting on the return trip. I see a 930 for RT to STT, but hoping for a later ferry.
Our group arrives October 23rd and departs either November 6th or 7th. We can get ferry tickets in, but so far can't get out. Same thing happened in July trying to find tickets out for the first week of August. Someone - government or ferry companies - have zero interest in making this reasonable or easy.
Just one more hoop to jump thru.

Book a water taxi from Tortola to St. Thomas. They'll take an interest in making it easy for you.
