I am traveling home tomorrow morning from St Thomas to San Juan then on to Boston. Have the testing requirements changed to get back in to the US. Last week friends did the same trip and did not have to present a negative COVID test. This was even on the USVI portal. Our flight is at 930 help!

You do not need a test. Below is a link to the correct CDC page.

CDC testing for reentry to the USA.

No test required since you are in a US territory. If you were coming from the BVI to SJU a test would be needed.
