Does anyone know of a cam on the French side preferable Orient beaches, it would be a big help in planning a trip to that side. We all know that the weather can change quickly

There use to be a Cam at Water sports near the old Bikini beach. That went with Irma. I'm sure there are TTOL friends on the island that can give you updates for Orient beach! One poster said it looked great, beach fronts workers doing an amazing job staying a head of the "seagrass". We went to Kontiki, it was beautiful!

No beach cam there as of now, anywhere I know of. We went to Orient again on Tuesday and did not see any seaweed then either, after seeing none on Saturday. The wind was blowing pretty strongly, especially first thing in the morning. That's where a web cam is helpful.

I was at Orient yesterday; it was very windy and no one was getting in the water. But my, oh my, is Coco Beach ever a spectacular beach bar! Perhaps the nicest on the island. More with pictures in this week's trip report.

Today is EXTREMELY windy here, by far the windiest since we've been here.
