Slept till 9:30 and then walked down to Orange Fever and claimed our spot. After 20 minutes I walked up to the bar and ordered up some Tito's Bloody Marys. They need some Zing Zang but otherwise pretty good start for day drinking and sleeping. Buckets of cold Presidente started to magically appear once ,Luke the owner, quit Para Surfing and started working the beach. Lunch was a shrimp pizza that JC served us. JC likes talking, Luke likes looking as if he is constipated. But I had watched him speed across the waters for an hour on his board so I dont think constipation is the issue. He warmed up to us later though when we paid the tab... We've been coming by Orange Fever for a long time. Luke looks older, greyer but still constipated. Our tummies full The afternoon brought us some naps. Afternoon drinks at Bikini. Then to the room to be awaken by our alarms to get ready for dinner at Le Piment. Awesome swordfish and a shrimp pasta and a nice bottle of red. We slowly walked back to the apartment full and exhausted. This is work y'all.
"I’m the Dude. So that’s what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you’re not into the whole brevity thing.”
Agree, Luc never much of a talker. Guess his wife Florence (La Villa) has all the personality Was looking through some old pictures the other day and have one of JC before he was old enough to drive. ( He was waiting for a ride home after his La Villa shift) He sure has grown into a great young man and done very well with himself I do enjoy the food at Orange Fever and still remember some of the best escargot in a garlic blue cheese sauce. Really looking forward to visiting JC on the beach
JC has a great personality, and yes, the first time he served us at Orange fever he was 16 or so. When we went back this year, he served us as La Villa one night, then Orange Fever a few days later.
