Sounds good---but difficult to find a place here that does them.
Things could change.

Good to know. Hopefully by next May there will be even easier requirements, acceptable tests or proffer of Vaccine to travel.

Hopefully it helps some. Still no home tests accepted according to the site.
"Results from home covid-19 collection test kits will also not be accepted."

I don't really know, but I hear the Abbot test is more readily available in the US Dayton Children's Hospital announced yesterday the availability of the Becton Dickinson Vector test for both adults and children and with or without a doctors order. Results in 4 hours or less.

Does anyone know what brand rapid test Walgreens uses? I would call your local store as it could easily vary by area or state. Probably what they have the best access to is what they use at any given time.

I had a covid test for work from Walgreens a week ago and it was negative. The results that I were sent did not indicate what brand test it was. I will be traveling to SXM at the end of the month and will need another test and if I have it at Walgreens will it be sufficient?

Only the SXM government health site can answer that for sure but they are specific about the type of antigen test, if that is the type you take. Was your previous test and antigen test or the rt-PCR test? EHAS SiteTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/TESTSType of test and brand is in the above link.

I just called my local Walgreens in Florida and was told that their rapid test is not for travel--just for people who have symptoms. they wouldn't even discuss what kind of rapid test it was.

Sammy---It can't hurt, why don't you call your primary care physician's office and ask if they know somewhere you can get a test for travel.

I have appointments on January 4th with Any Lab Test Now in Fort Myers. I know they have other locations but you will have to pay for the test.

Hi Carol--I did do that and was told that they don't have information for travel related issues. Maybe time to get a new primary care.

Sammy--OK, don't know. I haven't asked my primary care doctor that question, so I didn't know whether they would know or not.

I did order a rt-PCR Covid test from my primary care doc and he ordered it for me. Not leaving until the middle of February.
