Not sure if this counts as a business opening but it's handy for travelers to know the ATM in CGB is working again. Can't make any promises on how often it will have cash, but it did today.
It's located at the entrance to Pusser's at Myett's. The new sign for Pusser's went up today.

There was a live Facebook page of Quito's opening. It looks great! Too Smooth was playing, Quito was at the bar.

The newly refurbished and improved Pussers at Myett's in Cane Garden Bay is open daily for lunch and dinner. The menu includes lots of Myett's specialties like conch chowder, cracked conch, conch fritters, coconut crusted chicken tenders, BBQ ribs, chicken, lobster and much more along with some of Pussers specialties. Breakfast is in the works and we hope to be serving in the next few weeks along with a Sunday Brunch. There is live entertainment most days and new happy hour specials and menus will be in place by the 4th of Feb, just like it was before. The ATM is being relocated and should be back up as soon as Banco Popular gives us a new machine. And...you will meet some of Myett's employees there such as Ernestine, Jem, Jody, Mariella, Claudia, and Vishaal. There are now two gift shops on site. Pussers Company Store and Myett's Gift Shop. The business relationship between Pussers and Myett's has gone very well and we are working closely to welcome you back to experience the same great ambiance, food, and service. We still do weddings, birthdays, regattas, and special events. Dinner reservations are always a good idea. 495-9381. For hotel bookings email val@myetts.com The Beat Does Go On....Cheers!

When chartering with TMM at Road Reef Marina in Road Town, Sharky's Cantina, just steps from TMM, was a pretty good restaurant. It has been closed since Irma but when we were there in November crews were doing lots of work on the building. Does anyone know if Sharky's or perhaps another restaurant might try to reopen at that location?

The restaurant should open very soon, if not already.

We are heading down next week. Has the restaurant next to TMM (was Sharky's Cantina) re-opened yet?

Howdy everyone, Trying to find a compiled list of open/closed places. Head there in June.
Starting in St Thomas and heading to the Baths and working our way back. Thoughts on good places to stop between point A and B? Is Peter island still completely shut down?
Thanks!

Does anyone know if the little bar on the top of the hill at Marina Cay has reopened?

Nope. For now the store is operating out of the house at the top of the hill. Food and drink is available at a temporary facility on land at the base of the dock where the old Pussers store was located.

Don't know if this qualifies as a business but I am looking for a source for the2020 BVI calendar. So far, Frank does not have them and I can't find another source. Thanks, Lew

FYI - Mad Dog at the top of the Baths is open again. Nicely rebuilt.

In Soper's Hole, Sunny Caribe reopened this week. Also, the Pusser's in Soper's reopened earlier this year.

Good morning everyone. I just wanted to make everyone aware of the new Marina Village at Oil Nut Bay. We are located on Virgin Gorda in Deep Bay, just east of the North Sound. We just opened in April of 2019 and we have 11 mooring balls available which are all first come, first serve (but have yet to fill up completely once this year) as well as overnight dock space which can be reserved in advance. Mooring and dock guests have access to all of our Marina Village facilities which include: the restaurant/bar 'Nova' serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a swimming pool, beach, a clothing boutique, market, coffee shop, game room and showers. The village is located right in the marina, steps from the docks or a short dinghy ride from the moorings in Deep Bay. You can view everything Marina Village here: https://www.oilnutbay.com/marina-villageIf you are interested in seeing the broader Oil Nut Bay resort, Beach Club passes are available for purchase. The Beach Club can be seen here https://www.oilnutbay.com/the-beach-club and Resort Passes are $95/person for guests staying on the dock overnight and $125/person for all other guests. Advanced reservations are required for the resort pass and they are based upon availability Finally, if your boat has a draft of 6 feet or under, I recommend taking the marked channel past Saba Rock and the Bitter End Yacht Club into Eustatia Sound. If you have any more questions feel free to respond here or email me directly at marina@oilnutbay.com

There is a new Facebook group site called DYC Yacht Owners & Friends - BVI, located at https://www.facebook.com/groups/534407134169181/?ref=bookmarks, and perhaps more DYC owners can become connected there, as well as here.
