Does anyone know what happened to the women who served breakfast at the Alamanda on Orient after Irma? We stayed there for years and always enjoyed the breakfast very much--especially the scrambled eggs. We are finally making it back this April and would love to support them wherever they might be now.

Thanks!

Not sure, but you might want to try Palm Court which is nearby. Alamanda is not re-opening as a hotel but Palm Court has, and they serve breakfast to their guests. Since both hotels were previously operated pre-Irma by the same group there's a chance that some of the staff for Alamanda may now be at Palm Court, but I won't know for sure until we get there in March. This is just a hunch.

Thank you! We are staying at the Palm Court, so maybe we will see some of our old friends.
