Good! Those contractors should be hiring local people who are out of work and need a job and not be smuggling in undocumented workers. Shame on the owner for contracting out to these companies. Are the two construction companies locally based on the island, or maybe from Florida?

Nothing wrong to bring in skilled workers from other countries as long as they are documented and went through the proper procedures.

Absolutely, I agree with you. But in this case, they were undocumented workers. Sure hope the fine was huge!
