Yes you can. And the resort is not open at the moment anyway.

Can you rent beach chairs and have lunch at Anse Marcel if you are not staying at Resort? Just as an FYI, the on the beach resort - former LeMetidian, former Radisdon, former RIU - is currently closed and is slated to reopen as a Secrets Resort at some point down the road, but it has nothing to do with the Anse Marcel Beach Club that so many here are speaking about. Just be aware, it is definitely NOT what you might call an inexpensive day but it is so very worth the visit!
Respectfully,
pat

Very much so. Great lunch experience especially if you get a cabana.

I was there five times on my recent trip. I would recommend making a reservation for beach chairs and for lunch as it seems you get front-row chairs if you have a reservation. You can make the reservation on line on their web site although I had better luck sending an email than filling out their online form. info@anse-marcel-beach.com

And here I thought it was “aunts mar sell” with the emphasis on ‘aunts’ but I think in the end, as long as we’re close they will be fine with it.

When you get there ask a local "Where am I?" No that won't work for the answer might be "You be here!"
