Hi folks, just wanted to give you a heads up: Porto Cupecoy has a fairly new restaurant that opened 5-6 months ago. It’s located on the right hand side going down the stairs, basically below Mario’s. We went there twice already and let me tell you this- do not let the empty tables to discourage you! The food is great and well priced, his tuna tartar is the best we had up to date, his onion soup is even better than Tropicana’s... We also had a lamb shank and Mahi and both were delicious! And don’t forget the dessert!
In a few months, they will be opening a champagne bar next to it, it is under construction now. We were talking to the owner and manager of the place yesterday and the menu of the upcoming bar sounds fantastic!
Anyway, keep an eye on this place, unfortunately for us we will have to wait till our next year visit to try the new bar out.

Damn I don’t remember. It’s in French something likeLe Qui - we were told it means pier in French.

The French word for pier is Jetee. Is that the name?
