We meet Eugene, The Driving Machine, on Anegada two years ago, he was
driving a taxi to The Anegada Beach Resort, and really enjoyed his conversation
and ride! We jump in a taxi in Road town last year, and who should be our driver,
but Eugene again! He was our go-to guy for a taxi on Tortola for a few days before
our charter. I thought I had his contact info on my phone, but can't find it.

Anyone know where Eugene is, and a contact number for him?
