Just wondering the status of the Simply/Carrefour grocery store in Hope Estate.
We were in St Martin during Feb 2018 and Irma had completely destroyed the store.
Has the store been rebuilt and is it now open?

It was not when we were there in October, and no work was being done on it at that time.

All I have seen is the Leader Price store in Hope Estate area. Cant remember what it used to be a few years ago but it nit sells more generic brands. It is good , but Super U in Marigot is way much better.

They are still working on the new store in Hope Estate. It looks quite large. Today when we went by, they were adding siding (over the concrete). So I am guessing work on the inside is progressing. I suspect this may become the main Super U on the island.
