Doesn't surprise me that Pat decided not to rebuild after Irma, as the Collectivite' had been trying to get him out for years. Irma succeeded where the government could not..

He posted last September on Face Book on the Tropical Wave site that all was destroyed, but the people all survived. I can copy his post here if allowed.
