Since 2000 we have visited the West End 17 times, land based. We miss Tortola and watch for recovery so we can return. From what intel we can gather, the West End in general seems to be lagging behind the rest of the of the BVI's in recovery. Just today I learned that still no ferries are arriving in Soapers Hole. Is my perception wrong? If not, why? I realize chartering is the more popular way to visit the islands, but we can't be the only ones who enjoy our land based trips.
