The insurance company has not paid Copro the money which is due to them. I was told this info by an owner on June 19th. Pedro is not well and most probably will not be rebuilding. It might give CO an option to take back the property?
Always looking thru forums and Facebook posts for any positive news/info on Club O status...and then to see this Insurance bull_ _ is very disheartening! It has been almost 10 months since hurricane “Irma” with no settlement yet. Is that not an excessive time for a claim? Just would like to hear something positive after all this time, as many of others probably as well.
