I am guessing it will not open as random strangers should not be able to open a file on your computer, at least that is how this appears to me. Facebook Link Download the file if possible. J.D.

Once I found the facebook site I could download the document and I am NOT a member of their group. I posted what should be a link to the facebook group and to document it there for downloading.
