This was in the local paper today, just happened to have a bag of radishes in the fridge and tried it. GOOD. Cut radishes in half, sautee in butter and sprinkle with sea salt. It takes the bite out and makes a nice side dish, could be combined with gree peas also.

Nice way to do brussels sprouts also! Par boil a tad first.

I do that with brussel sprouts and I add loads of garlic to it!

Wife makes brussel sprouts in homemade chicken broth (no salt, gotta watch the BP) and garlic, excellent

Elaine on one of my trips to SXM I bought a container of brussel sprouts in Grand Marche and the recipe for sauteing them with garlic was on the package. I've done them that every since! I steam them for a few minutes and then cut them in half so more of the butter/garlic taste goes through them and then saute them with the butter and garlic. Loads of fresh ground black pepper and some sea salt...delicious!
