We are land based on Tortola for 10 days. I want to fly to Anegada and rent a vehicle for a day or 2. We will arrive on Anegada around 8 and leave around 5. Do we need two days to visit? Is there 2 full days of stuff to do? We will spend the night at Anegada Reef Hotel if we spend the night. Our first trip to Anegada and on my bucket list. Thanks for all the input.

It depends if you spend time with captain Kelly. If yes then 2 days might work.

The real attraction of Anegada is that there is really nothing to do. The problem is there are 5 or 6 great places not to do anything and not doing anything correctly takes a lot of time.

One day or two totally depends on you. There is so much to see and do that, for most people, one day goes by in a blur.
Two days lets you enjoy the island, see most of it, and still stay on island time.
You definitely want to spend some time at Loblolly Bay, at Anegada Beach Club, and at Cow Wreck Beach. Spending two days lets you enjoy dinner at one of the great places around the anchorage and have a lunches at Cow Wreck as well as at Loblolly.

Thanks for everyone's input. I like staying on island time. That's why we come for 10 days now. Walker are ya'll around the end of Oct. & first of Nov. Would love to me you and Nancy. We met briefly in an airport one time. We live half way between Baton Rouge & New Orleans & love your LSU flag.

I would highly recommend staying at Neptune's treasure or Anegada Beach club.

My 2c. The only time I stay for 1 day is if we have newbies and only 7 days out. And we have been there 30-40 times.

It really doesn't matter how many days you stay on Anegada. It will always be a day too little. But my suggestion is to never go for a day trip. Always spend at least one night.
