I am on the phone with American having to move some flights around. Seems like we are going to leave about a day earlier than planned. Any recommendations for a one night stay on Tortola? We have sleep aboard the night before our charter.

Start your charter a day earlier?

Will check with the charter company tomorrow to see if we can add a day and move sleep aboard

We always liked Maria's but the Sea for a one night stay after a long travel day. Even after owning a boat in charter we usually stayed there the night before and got started on provisions and getting stuff out of owners locker, provisions etc. the next morning. It was always clean, good ac and plenty of hot water.

I'm looking at an airport pick up from DeDe's and then staying at Tamarind Club for the night. close by, looks like a fun place, restaurant on site...after a day of travel sounds good to me.

Tamarind is a great place to start your vacay! Love it for a day before or after charter, to sit at the bar/pool and relax smile Great food and fun bar.

Rhymers is right on the beach and very reasonably priced. Love the view from their deck.

Don't expect anything fancy, but it will be clean.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. We are booked with an airport pick up with DeDe's car rental and are staying at Tamarind for the night.
