I hear there was heavy surf and wind awhile ago, so has it calmed down? Headed to Leverick Bay next week looking forward to some snorkeling wondering if the bottom is still churned up? Thanks

I was there last week. The snorkeling was good in the middle of the week at the Indians, south side of Great Dog, and Anegada.

Towards the end of the week the swell started picking up. We tried Monkey Point but the swell conditions made it dangerous and visibility was about 10 feet. We abandoned our attempt to snorkel there after about 5 minutes in the water.

Two weeks ago we snorkeled at The Indians and it was the clearest and absolute best I have ever seen there. Monkey Point was hazy, Anegada was good but the surf was so strong it was hard for us all. Peter Island was great as well.
