You might check out my place " Chateau Relaxeau Caribe" in charming Little Apple Bay..about a mile and half from Ke Villas..extremly reasonable plus a 10% TTOL discount..

Does Lighthouse have 2 BR appointments? They are really nice, with lovely views, but you can get some noise from Quito's. The other places in Cane Garden close up earlier, but Quito can be noisy pretty late.

To my knowledge, Lighthouse doesn't have any 2 bedroom units.

I stayed in Lighthouse Villas this Jan and it was a terrific stay. Close to all things CGB and well maintained. I had a single King so I can't speak to the 2BRs but the owner Malcia Rymer Bean was very good to deal with. Noise wasn't an issue for me at all, you probably heard more passing traffic than the music from CGB but none of it bothered me-could of been the days I stayed there. I would stay there again in an instant.

We stayed there during the BVI Music Fest, so the noise from Quito's was nothing <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

Sad and sorry to report re Ke Villas...allegedly unprincipled and greedy landlord, be very careful if handing over money.
We and our friends would rather stay at Chateau Relaxeau Caribe in Apple Bay (peace and quiet, honest owners); or Lighthouse Villas or Agape, both in Cane Garden Bay (peace and quiet, far enough away from beach bar music, honest owners). Columbus on Cane Garden may also be an option? Not sure if they have 2 bed villas...

Forgot to mention Stanley's Villas, up the hill above CGB. Lovely accommodation, worth checking out. A steep walk or easy drive to the Bay...!

Not sure why most people are ignoring the question about the noise from Quito's. For us, it was pretty significant. I do not like hearing music at 1 am, etc.

If interested in February, get your reservation in soon. February has pretty much become "the" season and places are generally booked up pretty solid.

How about looking on VRBO for a villa in the West End area. Most all have pools. We've stayed at Limeberry House, Limberry Villa, Pelican Peak and if you're looking for something above Cane Garden Bay Makere Cottage.

If CRC doesn't have the space my second vote would be for Columbus Sunset!
