With a little help from the USVI press we can read more reasons why local governments across the world invest and even pay for the cruise industry to introduce passengers to their offerings. Here is what one TTOL poster claimed this week: "I think the answer is simple - many people are simply unaware of the BVI. I knew about St. Thomas - honeymooned there. Didn't know a thing about the BVI at that time. What is it about copyright infringement that you don't understand???? Fair use does not include copying and pasting 4 or 5 paragraphs of copyrighted material. In future, please post LINKS and YOUR PERSONAL comments on them.
