I know it is off season but RCI has some really good prices on the extra vacations. I just booked a 2 bedroom at LaPlage for $889 Aug 6 and a 2 bedroom at Belair (my favorite place) for the same price the following week. I looked at Florida and California and Aruba and there are some good deals.

Turq, that sounds expensive to me. We stay at Divi for one week for 795 in March, not hurricane season. Admittedly, when we stay at GCBC it's more. But their rates go down drastically after April 15.

I pay $1161 a week for my Belair timeshare maintenance fees. I could have had a one bedroom at Divi for $795 but I wanted 2 bedrooms.

My maint. fee at Divi is $860. There's also a 90$ fee to switch weeks. That's a great price for the one bedroom there.
