Don't think they are part of a larger company. An independent and the name of the boat/trip is Sugar Rush/ Anguilla trip. We get the boat outside of Cuginis Restaurant and there may be an activity booking center there if there isn't one where you're staying. It's a nice trip - lots of drinks free flowing but a smaller group and not such a party hearty atmosphere, not that there's anything wrong with that, but we did those trips 35 years ago and then the family boats with our kids and now we enjoy just being on the water and don't need/want all the hoopla of the bigger boats.
