We always enjoyed and appreciated JetBlue SJU to SXM. Then they discontinued that route and left us without a flight in May. I did have an excellent JetBlue rep work out returning AX points to our account, after 2 hours on the phone, but the overall experience has left a negative impression on me. Fortunately we have booked a flight on another airline.
