Both of these incidents are terrible. I hope the people involved will be okay but what a horrible thing to happen anywhere but particularly in such a protected area. Don't they have dogs and serious security at Pt. Pirouette? We often hear dogs barking late at night and in the wee hours of the morning and it sounds like it comes from that area.
