Their economy is in shambles because crazy Bob has destroyed it. Foreign aid will not restore its' destroyed (agriculture based)economy.
I am afraid whatever government to be, may colapse in part, due to overwhelming economic discontent and disfunction, and chaos will prevail.
I too hope I am wrong.
But if I am not, I wouldn't want to be there when it happens.
