We also noticed that there were only 2 kiosks open in the "food court" plus a frozen yogurt stand. The only people we saw using these seemed to be employees of the Mall. There were a couple of other full service restaurants but we did not observe anyone there. The Mall does not open until noon and we arrived at 1.30 p.m. and found several of the stores had not opened yet, so we could not look at their merchandise even if we had wanted to.
