Little Jerusalem was great. Shawarma at its best. Lamb and chicken Shawarma (called original mix) for me and an Abraham special for my wife. An Abraham special was sautéed peppers, chicken and lamb with Gouda cheese on a pita with a Modelo beer for $12. Mine was just chicken and lamb with tomatoes and lettuce plus the “famous garlic sauce” on a pita plus 2 Peroni beers from Italy - $14 dollars. A cheap but delicious night. Never had Shawarma until Little Jerusalem a number of years ago. Similar prices to Two years ago. Highly recommend for a cheap date with spouse.

In morning had croissants and pain au chocolat from Royal Deli at RP. They now get their baguette and croissants from La Sucrerie. Our pain au chocolat had one chocolate stick as opposed to 2, but good nonetheless. Rationing of chocolate.

Stayed at RP for day. We used to go to all different beaches but traffic is a pain- so path of least resistance.

It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Off to VesnaTaverna, to check out the food under the new ownership. The online menu says under revision, let us surprise you. We hope for the best.
