In our experience, the servers were very personable and trying hard….but they just hadn’t staffed to handle the crowd, most of whom appeared to have reservations. We ate at more than a dozen restaurants this trip, and this was by far the shortest staffing I saw, so other places were finding workers. The poor wait staff looked frazzled despite their best efforts. And then when our guest got food poisoning! She said the next day that she had wanted to send the seafood back to get cooked more, but couldn't see how to get anyone's attention without standing up and waving her arms, and no one ever stopped by to ask if the meals were OK.
