Yes, I was staying beside there at Sapphire Beach Club this past January and February. The property is called La Guachafita and was totally damaged by Irma and never reopened.
It is currently up for sale for 27 million dollars. There is a caretaker and dog on site. I have noticed people with money coming by to look at the property. It is a very nice property and a great location, own beach access to Cupecoy beach.
