Happens at Flamingo too but unless you complain or take action nothing will happen. Hopefully Flamingo will have same enforcement that SBR started.
I seldom hang around the pool, but friends do, and it has always been a problem at Royal Palm. I bet if someone complains, especially someone renting and not a timeshare owner, the person abusing the "reserved" thing will complain even louder. I might take a couple of pics when there to show the situation when it happens.
