You were lucky to get WestJet plane! They are in a mess! They sent us the crappy Swoop plane. Our seats weren't what we paid for & we paid for wine that was supposed to be included. She said different plane you will have to email them for the refund. I did thank the flight attendants that they came for us. Maintenance issues they say. Right!
Apparently they were bought by Onex???
