We were at the Perch bar talking with the bartender and he said this coming Tuesday Grand Case will be having the street fair. We went to Grand Case this past Tuesday and it seemed like a trial run was going on. Police presence and the road was blocked off. Several shops open and was busy with numerous people out on the street. It felt very safe and monitored.
