I’m afraid that the Bamboo House is resting on its initial praise and its view. I have been 3 times, and the last will be my last. Great time the first two, with food and service. The last one we brought 9 people for a birthday celebration, and it was way below par. Food had to be sent back, orders mixed up and that was when we were acknowledged! (Bill came to over $900.) We had a 6:30 reservation, so we could see the sunset. Arrived at 6 with intentions of going to the bar before dinner. Was told it was a good thing we came early because they needed our table for an another reservation at 7:45! Way to start a rather expensive meal!
Great location, but just go for a drink…..if you can get the bartenders attention!
