It appears that you have not followed any of the news or information that has been posted previously. I'm not even aware of any court case against Club Orient for what, wrongful death? I admit that I am not aware of all court cases Club Orient may be involved in but I've never heard of this one before.
Club Orient was destroyed by Hurricane Irma and has not been rebuilt. That's why it closed.
