People say the ferry to SBH is awful, its not that bad. Flamand beach and Gouverneur beach are 2 of the nicest I have seen. St Jean is the famous airport beach where the little planes land.
Having stayed multiple weeks at both Anguilla and St Barth, I would do a day trip to St Barth with rental car versus just a boat tour of Anguilla.
