I have cleared out of St. Martin in Anse Marcel with destination of St. Barths many times. I usually spend the first night at Ile Fourchue or Anse Columbier before clearing into St. Barts at Gustavia. On my return, I'll usually arrive too late for Anse Marcel and spend the night in Grand Case (Anse Marcel is frequently too rolly for me) before clearing in.
