Helpful post. Two follow-ups:

1) When clearing out of BVI do they ever simultaneously clear you back in if you are just leaving the BVI for 1-2 nights (thereby eliminating the need to clear back in)?
2) When leaving USVI, do you need to clear out, or are you free to exit USVI and transit to BVI without exit papers or documentation? If you don't have to clear out then I assume the BVI doesn't expect any documentation from your last port upon arrival.
